ISO 9001:2008 Review Successful

Good news, we've had ISO 9001 re-inspection today and we've passed with no "non conformities" (great phrase that!).

We've made a big effort to keep our management system in order despite the difficult period we had during the recession and the very busy workload we've had since the autumn.

This review was to the new 9001:2008 standard and so we'll be updating our paperwork, web site etc as soon as we have the new certificate in our hands.

We are open for business as usual throughout the Christmas and New Year period. Thursday 24 December: Office closes at 4pm Friday 25 December: Closed Monday 28 December: Closed Tuesday 29 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Wednesday 30 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Thursday 31 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Friday 1 January: Closed As usual, we are not sending Christmas cards to clients but instead we are donating to our favourite charity, the RNLI . We wish all of our customers a Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
